Mindfulness Drop - in Classes - These classes are not running this term.
We'll practice and embody Mindfulness through sitting, walking and lying meditations (one a week), discussion, and attention to everyday experience.
Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction started at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center in 1979. It can help you relax and thrive, learning to recognise, understand and respond better to your life's stresses and joys. Research shows it can help with many issues, including anxiety and panic attacks; work, family and financial stress; grief; headaches; depression; pain; fatigue; sleep problems. The classes are suitable for people of all beliefs and none.
These drop-ins will be a great introduction to Mindfulness but also support anyone who already has experience and a practice.
